I just placed an order, when will it ship? We do our best to ship items as quickly as possible. Please expect a production time of 4-7 days and average shipping times are 15-21 days. Tracking numbers are updated 3-5 days after we SHIP your order. If you do not have a tracking number after 7 business days, please email us at info@saharaglam.com.
I am not satisfied with my order, can I return it? What if there is a problem? We offer a 100% money back guarantee if the product is defective or damaged. You have 30 days to return it to us for a full refund. You will need to return it at your own expense, and once we have received the product, we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. Please include all names and order numbers on the returned packages. English:Note: If your package is on its way, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before you receive a refund.

I entered an incorrect address, what do I do now? If you did not enter a correct address or it automatically filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. Once you have verified that the address provided is incorrect, please let us know by email at info@saharaglam.com. If the address provided is incorrect, we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refunds will be given after 24 hours for an incorrect delivery.
